In the modern professional world, stress and mental fatigue are everyday challenges. This paper explores how Green Exercise, physical activity performed in contact with nature, can be a concrete solution to safeguard employee well-being. By analyzing the main psychological and organizational studies on the subject, it emerges that spending even just 20-30 minutes outdoors allows employees to lower stress levels and restore concentration much faster than traditional indoor breaks. Finally, the literature review is integrated with a brief mention of a local practical example, illustrating how the benefits of Nature-Based Interventions can be translated into reality within a corporate context. Green Exercise thus proves to be not merely a pleasant activity, but a genuine strategic resource for improving the quality of work life.
