This thesis analyses the process of designing a Quality Management System (QMS) within Trevisan Macchine Utensili, a medium manufacturing company operating in the sector of highly customized machine tools. The aim of this work is to analyse the company's current organizational and management structure and define a framework consistent with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The analysis focuses on governance systems, planning and control activities, performance monitoring mechanisms and risk management practices, with particular attention to the managerial and operational complexity generated by the high level of product customization and the structure of the production processes. The business processes are subsequently mapped according to the process-based approach promoted by ISO 9001:2015, and the main areas for improvement are identified through a gap analysis. Based on the evidence collected, the work proposes a Quality Management System implementation roadmap that aims to facilitate better process control, organizational coordination and operational efficiency.

The business processes are subsequently mapped according to the process-based approach promoted by ISO 9001:2015, and the main areas for improvement are identified through a gap analysis. Based on the evidence collected, the work proposes a Quality Management System implementation roadmap that aims to facilitate better process control, organizational coordination and operational efficiency.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
