The study then illustrates the process of constitutional amendment, highlighting its various stages. In the final part, it examines the limits and possible exceptions to amendment, considering divergent doctrinal opinions and tracing the historical evolution of the phenomenon.

L’elaborato esplora il tema della revisione costituzionale, con particolare attenzione al procedimento previsto e ai limiti ad essa connessi. Nella prima parte, l’analisi prende avvio dalle caratteristiche fondamentali della Costituzione, in particolare il suo carattere rigido, e ne confronta le implicazioni con quelle dello Statuto Albertino, offrendo inoltre un breve approfondimento sul percorso dell’Assemblea Costituente che ha portato alla formulazione attuale della Carta. Successivamente, viene illustrato il percorso della revisione costituzionale, evidenziandone le diverse fasi.
