The use of imines is now fundamental for organic synthesis, especially in the context of dynamic combinatorial chemistry. However, the synthesis of these compounds is still limited to organic solvents. Recent studies have demonstrated the possibility of a synthetic route in water thanks to the introduction of secondary interactions. In this thesis, it was developed a system that integrates the use of this synthetic route with the possibility of photoregulation. Although the tests carried out highlighted some limitations of the system, the study allowed us to identify the thermodynamic and kinetic factors governing the process. The results however leave open the way for the future development of optimized systems.

Abstract
The use of imines is now fundamental for organic synthesis, especially in the context of dynamic combinatorial chemistry. However, the synthesis of these compounds is still limited to organic solvents. Recent studies have demonstrated the possibility of a synthetic route in water thanks to the introduction of secondary interactions. In this thesis, it was developed a system that integrates the use of this synthetic route with the possibility of photoregulation. Although the tests carried out highlighted some limitations of the system, the study allowed us to identify the thermodynamic and kinetic factors governing the process. The results however leave open the way for the future development of optimized systems.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
