This thesis proposes the creation of a new cultural center in the municipality of Trissino through the architectural and energy redevelopment of two abandoned historic complexes: the Filanda Mischio-Miozzi and Villa Colombara. The Filanda, built in the early twentieth century, will be transformed into an exhibition space for public and private exhibitions, including the workshop of the contemporary artist Arcangelo Sassolino, while the sixteenth-century villa will host educational and cultural activities. The project focuses on the recovery and sustainable enhancement of the historic heritage, with the aim of combining conservation, adaptive reuse, and energy efficiency.
