This thesis documents the design and development of Kargo, a web application designed for the optimized management and booking of cargo unloading operations. The project, commissioned by Ergon Informatica Srl based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV), stems from the need to digitalize the scheduling of logistics flows, reducing carrier wait times and optimizing loading bay utilization. The software architecture features a robust and scalable backend developed in C# (.NET) and a responsive frontend built with the React library. The platform allows suppliers and carriers to book specific time slots, providing managers with real-time supervision and significantly improving the operational efficiency of business processes.
Il presente lavoro di tesi documenta la progettazione e lo sviluppo di Kargo, un’applicazione web concepita per la gestione ottimizzata e la prenotazione delle operazioni di scarico merci. Il progetto, commissionato dall’azienda Ergon Informatica Srl di Castelfranco Veneto (TV), nasce dall'esigenza di digitalizzare la pianificazione dei flussi logistici, riducendo i tempi di attesa dei vettori e ottimizzando l'uso delle baie di carico. L'architettura software prevede un backend solido e scalabile sviluppato in C# (.NET) e un frontend reattivo realizzato con la libreria React. La piattaforma consente a fornitori e trasportatori di prenotare specifici slot temporali, offrendo ai gestori una supervisione in tempo reale e migliorando sensibilmente l'efficienza operativa dei processi aziendali.
