The present thesis analyzes the issue of business continuity through the construction of an integrated model of corporate equilibria. Starting from the relevant regulatory and doctrinal framework, the three fundamental equilibria, economic, equity, and financial, and the related balance sheet indicators are examined, with the aim of assessing their interconnections from a systemic perspective. The integrated model is then empirically applied to the case of Mavive S.p.A., a medium sized Venetian company operating in the cosmetics and perfumery sector. The analysis highlights solid operational management, accompanied by financial and equity tensions attributable to a strategic investment decision for the construction of the new company headquarters, without resulting in a structural imbalance. The paper demonstrates how an integrated approach to balance sheet indicators enables the distinction of temporary tensions from structural imbalances, representing an effective tool to support business continuity and consistent with the regulatory obligations set forth in the Civil Code and Legislative Decree 14/2019.

Abstract
The paper demonstrates how an integrated approach to balance sheet indicators enables the distinction of temporary tensions from structural imbalances, representing an effective tool to support business continuity and consistent with the regulatory obligations set forth in the Civil Code and Legislative Decree 14/2019.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
