This thesis analyzes the use of cannabis for medical purposes, beginning with an examination of the Cannabis sativa plant. The first section focuses specifically on phytocannabinoids (THC and CBD) and their interaction with the endocannabinoid system for the treatment of various pathologies.Subsequently, the thesis delves into the different pharmaceutical forms that can be prepared in the pharmacy. It distinguishes between preparations for inhalation (vaporization sachets) and oral use (oil extracts, decoctions), evaluating their therapeutic applications and potential side effects. The final section is dedicated to the professional and legislative obligations of the pharmacist. It analyzes the pre-compounding phases, laboratory procedures, and the final dispensing of the preparation to the patient.
