This thesis explores the potential and the challenges of teaching philosophy. It suggests moving away from the traditional educational model, which is based on a passive transmission of facts. The aim of this work is to describe an educational approach where philosophy becomes a tool for liberation and the development of critical thinking. This method can deeply change both students and teachers. First, the research analyses the need to challenge the idea that teachers are always neutral. It looks at the classroom as a dynamic, vulnerable, and political space. Then, the paper explores the teaching methods needed to put these ideas into practice. It highlights the classroom as a "community of inquiry" and confirms the important role of humanities in a democratic society. In conclusion, this thesis argues that teaching philosophy is not just about memorising information. Instead, it aims to form aware citizens. In this context, teachers step down from their traditional role at the desk to become guides for a living, practical, and transformative knowledge.

Abstract
In this context, teachers step down from their traditional role at the desk to become guides for a living, practical, and transformative knowledge.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
