This report analyzes the effectiveness of music as a glottodidactic mediator for language acquisition in early childhood, using the Danish educational model observed during the internship as a case study. The research is framed within experiential glottodidactics, an approach that enhances learning through multisensory engagement. The central objective is to investigate how systematic exposure to musical stimuli can foster the development of FL (Foreign Language) skills in early childhood. Following a theoretical framework on the neuro-psychological processes of bilingualism and the rhythmic and prosodic affinities between music and language, the research delves into the Danish educational system, renowned for its holistic approach and emphasis on playful learning. Within this context, an experimentation based on targeted musical activities is presented. The observational analysis highlights a significant impact on motivation and active participation, confirming that music facilitates the spontaneous internalization of FL structures. In conclusion, the research shows how integrating music into the school routine makes language acquisition a natural and engaging process from the very first years of life, and therefore an approach to be adopted within the educational system.

Abstract
In conclusion, the research shows how integrating music into the school routine makes language acquisition a natural and engaging process from the very first years of life, and therefore an approach to be adopted within the educational system.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
