The thesis analyzes how Outdoor Education can become a favorable context for psychological development as early as early childhood. Through a literature review, the work aims to deepen the effects of nature experiences on cognitive processes, executive functions, and emotional management in children aged 0-3. Specifically, attention is focused on the link between the outdoor environment and attachment development, highlighting the importance of establishing a 'secure base' that supports authentic exploration. Furthermore, the analysis examines how emotional self-regulation processes and executive functions benefit from direct contact with natural spaces. Nature is interpreted as an educational and psychological space capable of promoting well-being and harmonious development.
