In particular, the focus is on the stock market listing of football clubs and the evolution of the transfer market, characterized by sharply rising prices. Through a comparison between listed and non-listed clubs, the study analyzes how finance, corporate strategies, and players’ value are intertwined in a sector now closely linked to market dynamics.

Il presente elaborato approfondisce la trasformazione del calcio moderno da semplice fenomeno sportivo a vera e propria industria economico-finanziaria. In particolare, l’attenzione si concentra sulla quotazione in borsa delle società calcistiche e sull’evoluzione del mercato dei trasferimenti, caratterizzato da prezzi in forte crescita. Attraverso il confronto tra club quotati e non quotati, viene analizzato come finanza, strategie societarie e valore dei calciatori si intreccino in un settore ormai strettamente legato alle logiche di mercato.
