This thesis aims to investigate the role of storytelling as an effective tool for building and communicating brand identity. Starting from a theoretical reflection about the concept of brand and the models that define its identity, the work explores the phenomenon of storytelling as a constitutive dimension of human experience and its persuasive power. Particular attention is paid to the cognitive and emotional mechanisms that it activates and to how contemporary companies make storytelling a strategic tool for establishing meaningful relationships with their consumers. In the final part, the theoretical tools are applied to the case of Cruzcampo, a Spanish beer brand. The analysis focuses in particular on the "Gitana" commercial, the second episode of the "Con mucho acento" campaign, examined as an example of brand storytelling capable of translating a strong and authentic brand identity into an engaging visual narrative. The paper aims to demonstrate how, in an increasingly saturated communication context, knowing how to tell the story of one's own reality is not just a stylistic choice for a brand, but the necessary condition for a brand to acquire its own identity and a meaning shared with its audiences.

Abstract
The paper aims to demonstrate how, in an increasingly saturated communication context, knowing how to tell the story of one's own reality is not just a stylistic choice for a brand, but the necessary condition for a brand to acquire its own identity and a meaning shared with its audiences.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
