The evolution of Benetton’s communication and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into contemporary brand strategies. An analysis of how a brand historically associated with powerful social messages and inclusivity is seeking to renew its identity through the use of generative technologies, content personalization systems, and AI creative platforms, while simultaneously maintaining consistency with the “United Colors” values that made the brand famous. The objective of this research is to understand if and how AI can strengthen the brand's cultural relevance and its ability to communicate with diverse audiences, or if it instead risks fragmenting its identity, thereby reducing perceived authenticity and empathy.

Abstract
The evolution of Benetton’s communication and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into contemporary brand strategies. An analysis of how a brand historically associated with powerful social messages and inclusivity is seeking to renew its identity through the use of generative technologies, content personalization systems, and AI creative platforms, while simultaneously maintaining consistency with the “United Colors” values that made the brand famous. The objective of this research is to understand if and how AI can strengthen the brand's cultural relevance and its ability to communicate with diverse audiences, or if it instead risks fragmenting its identity, thereby reducing perceived authenticity and empathy.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
