Il Modello 231 e l'Organsimo di Vigilanza: profili normativi e applicativi per la prevenzione dei reati

The thesis will address, from a theoretical perspective, the importance of Model 231, provided for by Legislative Decree 231/2001, and the assignment of the procedures provided for by it to the Supervisory Body with the aim of preventing and/or monitoring the commission of crimes within the company. Its application and importance will then be discussed at European as well as national level.

La tesi tratterà, da un punto di vista teorico, l'importanza del modello 231, previsto dal D.Lgs. 231/2001 e l'affidamento delle procedure previste dallo stesso all'Organismo di Vigilanza con lo scopo di prevenire e/o monitorare il compimento di reati in ambito aziendale. Verrà poi discussa la sua applicazione e la sua importanza anche a livello europeo oltre che nazionale.
