This in-depth analysis aims to illustrate how effective strategic communication, based on branding and the experiential dimension of physical events, represents an indispensable competitive lever for the venetian industry today. The objective is to outline the evolutionary path already undertaken by many companies in the Region, which has transformed traditional “quality manufacturing” into a comprehensive relational system. This system is capable of competing not only on price and product, but also on positioning and international prestige. In a global market increasingly dominated by perception and brand identity, there is an urgent need to integrate intangible assets linked to a modern marketing approach into the corporate portfolio. This involves, on one hand, an analytical and digital approach for conducting data-driven market research and monitoring trends, and on the other, a promotional approach aimed at building a strategic identity. Looking beyond the figurative “factory gates”, companies must engage with all stakeholders to avoid remaining “silent excellence” in a world that rewards those who know how to tell who they are and stand out. Following an overview of the Region's current industrial landscape, the analysis examines the dynamics of B2B marketing, focusing on the strategic importance of physical events in the selection processes of business partners. In conclusion, the case of Vicenzaoro is presented, a fair that over the years has increasingly evolved into a relational hub, hosting conferences and informal meetings between entrepreneurs and industry professionals, while analyzing the value of networking and territorial identity.

Abstract
In conclusion, the case of Vicenzaoro is presented, a fair that over the years has increasingly evolved into a relational hub, hosting conferences and informal meetings between entrepreneurs and industry professionals, while analyzing the value of networking and territorial identity.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
