OLTRE LA PERDITA - il caso MeatSchool

The dissertation originates from the internship experience carried out at Centro Carni Company, a company operating in the beef sector, with a focus on administrative and management activities. During the internship, the issue of economic losses in the early stages of micro-enterprises emerged, often caused by high initial investments, structural costs, and difficulties in generating revenue. The analysis focuses on the case of MeAtSchool, an innovative academy developed within the growth path of Centro Carni Company. The aim of the dissertation is to identify the causes of losses and examine useful strategies for achieving economic and financial balance in the medium to long term.

L’elaborato nasce dall’esperienza di tirocinio svolta presso Centro Carni Company, azienda operante nel settore delle carni bovine, con focus sulle attività amministrative e gestionali. Durante lo stage è emerso il tema delle perdite economiche nella fase di vita iniziale delle micro imprese, spesso causate da elevati investimenti iniziali, costi di struttura e difficoltà nel generare ricavi. L’analisi si concentra sul caso di MeAtSchool, academy innovativa nata all’interno del percorso di crescita di Centro Carni Company. L’obiettivo dell’elaborato è individuare le cause delle perdite e approfondire le strategie utili al raggiungimento dell’equilibrio economico-finanziario nel medio-lungo periodo.
