Recognising a gap in the scientific literature regarding the classification of educational contexts and methods on a general population sample, this research analyses contexts and methods’ effectiveness, using a survey specifically designed with Google Forms, and distributed to a population sample as diverse as possible. The data were analysed using linear regressions and independent samples t-tests. The analysis confirmed that educational activities positively impact participants’ general knowledge and revealed positive associations like the ones between implementation of preventive measures and campaigns, and increased theoretical knowledge and technology supported communication, and a negative association between theoretical knowledge and time elapsed since the last educational activity. Further analyses were carried out for specific demographic subgroups such as gender, education level and age groups, only for the previously mentioned successful associations. This research ultimately suggests the best educational method, technology supported communication, and context, campaigns, among the chosen ones; however, it is necessary to mention that this is valid only for specific population groups and objectives. In conclusion, it could be said that to unlock the highest potential of an educational project it must be customized not only on the target audience, but also on the ultimate specific purpose of the activity.

Abstract
In conclusion, it could be said that to unlock the highest potential of an educational project it must be customized not only on the target audience, but also on the ultimate specific purpose of the activity.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
