Confronto tra piani cottura a gas e ad induzione: un caso concreto

This thesis compares the energy efficiency of an induction cooktop and a gas cooktop through a series of experiments conducted under controlled conditions. The aim of the study is to evaluate the differences between the two technologies in terms of energy consumption, fluid heating time, and overall efficiency. The measurements were carried out in compliance with the conditions established by the applicable Italian standards. The collected data highlight the performance of both systems, identifying their respective advantages and disadvantages. The results provide a basis for making an informed choice regarding the most suitable cooking technology according to the user's needs.

La tesi confronta l'efficienza energetica tra un piano a induzione e un piano a gas, attraverso una serie di prove condotte in condizioni controllate. L'obiettivo è valutare le differenze in termini di consumo energetico, tempo di riscaldamento del fluido e rendimento. Le misure sono state prese rispettando le condizioni imposte dalle norme italiane. Infine i dati racconti evidenziano le prestazioni dei due sistemi mettendo in luce i vantaggi e gli svantaggi. I risultati ci consentono di formulare una scelta consapevole sulla tecnologia più adatta alla necessità della persona.
