Objective: to assess whether a correct therapeutic education starting from the beginning of the transplant path can lead to build a correct lifestyle in the patient, allowing him a better course. Materials and methods: for the development of the report, the various databases available, the deontological code, some laws on liver transplants, medical records and transplant records of the patients under examination were consulted. Results: it has been observed that a correct therapeutic education implemented by the interview to get on the waiting list is effective to prevent various complications after surgery or to remove the patient from the waiting list. Conclusions: considering the results, it can be said that a correct therapeutic education leads to an effective and low risk of complications transplantation. Keywords: liver transplant, education, nurse, alcohol desease, transplant low.
