Abstract Introduction; Numerous researches and studies find that in the hospital environment the interaction between nurse and child or deaf or hearing impaired parent is difficult and often not very effective at a communicative level with potential risks of misunderstandings and dysfunctional communications. Objectives; Analyze and verify the level of attitudes of the operators to the appropriate approach to the child and deaf and hearing impaired parents. Check which strategies operators put in place most frequently in communication with the child and deaf or hearing impaired parents. Material and methods; Administration of questionnaires to the health personnel of two hospitals in four departments belonging to the ULSS 1 Dolomiti. Results: waiting to process the data of the questionnaires administered in the various UUs. OO Discussion and Conclusion
Abstract Introduzione; Numerose ricerche e studi rilevano che nell'ambito ospedaliero l'interazione infermiere-bambino o genitore sordo o ipoacusico risulta difficile e spesso poco efficace a livello comunicativo con potenziali rischi di fraintendimenti e di comunicazioni disfunzionali. Obiettivi; Analizzare e verificare il livello delle attitudini degli operatori all'adeguato approccio al bambino e genitori sordi e ipoacusici. Verificare quali strategie gli operatori mettono in atto più frequentemente nella comunicazione con il bambino e genitori sordi o ipoacusici. Materiale e metodi; Somministrazione di questionari al personale sanitario di due ospedali in quattro reparti facenti parte dell'ULSS 1 Dolomiti. Risultati: in attesa di elaborare i dati dei questionari somministrati nelle varie UU.OO Discussione e Conclusione
