Le consegne infermieristiche: il metodo SBAR a supporto.

ABSTRACT PURPOSE: To analyze the scientific literature to evaluate how a correct nursing delivery takes place and which is the most effective. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This review of the literature has been carried out on pubmed, Google Scholar and science direct, is based on the handover and on which method is considered the most effective in the various hospital environments. RESULTS: From the research various studies have been analyzed that expose the various methods of handover and of how much the SBAR (Situation-Background-Assesment-Reccommendation) method has a flexible structure and easily adaptable to various Operating Units. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: During nursing deliveries , the SBAR methodology has the ability to reduce errors, work time, to improve the safety and health of patients is therefore designed to transfer a significant amount of information in a short and concise, is suitable for any form of communication, any stage of the patient’s journey and any context. ABSTRACT SCOPO: Analizzare la letteratura scientifica per valutare come si svolge una corretta consegna infermieristica e quale sia la più efficace. MATERIALI E METODI: Questa revisione della letteratura è stata effettuata su PubMed, Google Scholar e science direct, è basata sul passaggio delle consegne e su quale metodo sia ritenuto il più efficace nei vari ambiti ospedalieri. RISULTATI: Dalla ricerca sono stati analizzati vari studi che espongono i vari metodi di passaggio delle consegne e di quanto il metodo SBAR (Situation-Background-Assesment-Reccommendation) abbia una struttura flessibile e facilmente adattabile a varie Unità Operative. DISCUSSIONE E CONCLUSIONE: Durante le consegne infermieristiche , la metodologia SBAR ha la capacità di ridurre gli errori, i tempi di lavoro, di migliorare la sicurezza e la salute dei pazienti è quindi studiato per trasferire una notevole quantità di informazioni in modo breve e conciso, è adatto a qualsiasi forma di comunicazione, qualsiasi fase del percorso del paziente e a qualsiasi contesto.
