In the modern professional basketball landscape, characterized by intense workloads and extremely dense competitive schedules, recovery monitoring has emerged as a critical variable for athletic success. An athlete who fails to recover properly not only suffers a decline in performance but is also exposed to a significantly higher risk of injury, with subsequent strategic and economic repercussions for the clubs. This thesis aims to analyze and compare various markers of neuromuscular fatigue in both male and female subjects, providing an inclusive and updated overview of the athlete's status. The central objective is to identify the most sensitive methodologies and to understand how the integration of multiple indicators can provide a more accurate diagnostic picture compared to the analysis of a single parameter. The findings of this study highlight that a multi-variate approach is the most reliable for ensuring athlete health, although it is necessary to constantly balance scientific rigor with the economic and logistical constraints of the clubs. Consequently, this work serves as an operational guide for industry professionals, offering scalable and immediately applicable solutions in the field.

Abstract
Consequently, this work serves as an operational guide for industry professionals, offering scalable and immediately applicable solutions in the field.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
