IL REGIME FORFETTARIO IN ITALIA: ANALISI DELLA CONVENIENZA ECONOMICA E DELLE CRITICHE DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA

My thesis explores the Italian flat-rate tax regime, analyzing its economic viability and the critical issues raised at European level. Through a numerical simulation comparing the flat-rate regime with the ordinary regime at different levels of turnover and cost structure, the work also analyzes the main critical issues highlighted by the Italy 2026 Country Report, concluding with some reflections on this regime.

La mia tesi approfondisce il regime forfettario italiano, analizzando la convenienza economica e le criticità sollevate in sede Europea. Attraverso una simulazione numerica che confronta il regime forfettario con il regime ordinario a diversi livelli di fatturato e di struttura dei costi. Inoltre il lavoro analizza le principali criticità evidenziate dal Country Report Italy 2026, concludendo l'elaborato con delle riflessioni su questo regime.
