“Il marketing relazionale nei servizi fitness: il caso di Pilates Tibi”

My thesis will be a paper on my marketing internship experience at a Pilates studio. I will explain the activities of the company I was involved in and address topics such as relationship marketing in the fitness services industry, how customers are reached, served, and retained, how the business is sponsored, and the sense of community that is created in this type of industry.

La mia tesi sarà un elaborato sull' esperienza di tirocinio in marketing che ho svolto presso uno studio di pilates. Spiegherò le attività dell'impresa in cui sono stata coinvolta e affronterò temi quali il marketing relazionale nel settore dei servizi di fitness, il modo in cui i clienti vengono raggiunti, serviti e fidelizzati, il modo in cui l'attività viene sponsorizzata e il senso di community che viene creato in questo tipo di settore.
