DALLA CONTABILITA’ AL CARBON FARMING: SFIDE E STRUMENTI PER LA VALORIZZAZIONE AMBIENTALE DELL’IMPRESA AGRICOLA MODERNA

This thesis analyzes the evolution of assistance services for agricultural enterprises in the context of the ecological and digital transition, in light of recent European policies such as the Green Deal and the Farm to Fork strategy. Through the business case study of Impresa Verde Rovigo S.r.l., supported by the operational experience gained during an internship at the Adria branch, the paper explores the current competitive dynamics of the primary sector, utilizing analytical tools such as the PESTEL framework, Porter's Five Forces, and the SWOT matrix.

La presente tesi analizza l'evoluzione dei servizi di assistenza alle imprese agricole nel contesto della transizione ecologica e digitale, alla luce delle recenti politiche europee quali il Green Deal e la strategia Farm to Fork. Attraverso lo studio del caso aziendale di Impresa Verde Rovigo S.r.l., supportato dall'esperienza operativa maturata durante un periodo di tirocinio presso la sede di Adria, l'elaborato esplora le attuali dinamiche competitive del settore primario, avvalendosi di strumenti analitici quali il modello PESTEL, le Cinque Forze di Porter e la matrice SWOT.
