The thesis traces the evolution of the European regulatory framework on sustainability reporting, from the NFRD to the CSRD, the ESRS standards and the voluntary VSME standard, assessing its impact on SMEs following the 2025 Omnibus Packag. It examines double materiality analysis according to the IRO framework and the SRG 88088:24 certification scheme developed by Scuola Etica Leonardo, in its complementarity with European standards. The applied section presents Helinext's competitive positioning and the consulting methodology adopted, including the proprietary ECON ESG tool.
La tesi ricostruisce l'evoluzione del quadro normativo europeo sulla rendicontazione di sostenibilità ,dalla NFRD alla CSRD, ai principi ESRS e allo standard volontario VSME. Valutando l'impatto sulle PMI dopo il Pacchetto Omnibus 2025. Vengono approfonditi l'analisi di doppia materialità secondo il framework IRO e lo schema di certificazione SRG 88088:24 della Scuola Etica Leonardo, nella sua complementarità con gli standard europei. La parte applicativa presenta il posizionamento competitivo di Helinext e la metodologia di consulenza adottata, incluso il tool proprietario ECON ESG.
