The specific aim of this work is to highlight how it is a conceptual necessity to conceive of the political sphere through constitutional organization, even in light of the contradictions produced by modernity. The specific subject under examination is the Hegelian concept of ethicality, which—precisely as an “aufhebung” of the contradictions in Kantian moral and republican theory—presents the necessity of organizing the social and political sphere, and it is precisely in this that it reveals its Aristotelian roots. Ultimately, this study will seek to explain how the concept of ethicality must be understood as a specific epistemic moment in order to highlight its unique characteristics, both in Aristotelian political science and in Hegelian philosophy of Right.

Abstract
The specific aim of this work is to highlight how it is a conceptual necessity to conceive of the political sphere through constitutional organization, even in light of the contradictions produced by modernity. The specific subject under examination is the Hegelian concept of ethicality, which—precisely as an “aufhebung” of the contradictions in Kantian moral and republican theory—presents the necessity of organizing the social and political sphere, and it is precisely in this that it reveals its Aristotelian roots. Ultimately, this study will seek to explain how the concept of ethicality must be understood as a specific epistemic moment in order to highlight its unique characteristics, both in Aristotelian political science and in Hegelian philosophy of Right.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
