Quantificazione probabilistica soggettiva di espressioni relative l'imputabilità

The present experimental research had two main objectives: - To quantify as a percentage some expressions of a legal nature and a clinical nature commonly used in forensics, compared to the amount of residual capacity of an accused person to which they make reference; - Observe whether, among different categories of participants, there are any statistically significant differences in the quantification of the aforementioned expressions. First, an ad hoc questionnaire was created to be administered to as many of people as possible, with an eye to the professional categories more involved in the forensic context that makes use of technical consultants in the field of psychology/psychiatry of the forensic psychology/psychiatry and, therefore: lawyers, magistrates, psychologists and psychiatrists with, and without, experience in the aforesaid field, in such a way as to be able to carry out some comparisons relative to the way in which these categories quantify in percentage a list of expressions commonly used in the drafting of technical reports.

La presente ricerca sperimentale si è prefissa due principali obiettivi: - Quantificare in percentuale alcune espressioni di natura giuridica e natura clinica comunemente utilizzati in ambito forense, rispetto alla quantità di capacità di intendere e di volere residua di un imputato a cui fanno riferimento; - Osservare se, tra le diverse categorie di partecipanti, si osservano differenze statisticamente significative nella quantificazione delle suddette espressioni. Prima di tutto è stato creato un questionario ad hoc da somministrare al maggior numero di persone possibili, con un occhio di riguardo alle categorie professionali maggiormente implicate nel contesto forense che si avvale dell’ausilio di consulenti tecnici nell’ambito della psicologia/psichiatria forense e, quindi: avvocati, magistrati, psicologi e psichiatri con, e senza, esperienza nel suddetto ambito, in modo tale da poter effettuare dei confronti relativi al modo in cui queste categorie quantificano percentualmente una lista di espressioni comunemente utilizzate nella redazione di relazioni tecniche.
