In the last few years, the growing prevalence of generative artificial intelligence has also begun to influence the educational context, opening up new possibilities for lesson planning and, in particular, for promoting inclusive practices in primary schools. This research aims to investigate primary school teachers’ perceptions regarding the use of generative artificial intelligence in lesson planning with an inclusive focus, paying particular attention to the opportunities offered, the critical issues perceived and the possibilities for future development. Using a mixed-methods approach, the study analyses teaching staff’s level of knowledge of these tools, their usage practices and their professional attitudes. The analysis highlighted that GenAI is perceived by teachers as a valuable support during the planning process, although its effectiveness remains subordinate to their pedagogical guidance. Finally, the study identified not only perceptions but also specific training needs, which are essential for transforming technological innovation into an equitable and accessible pedagogical resource.

Abstract
Finally, the study identified not only perceptions but also specific training needs, which are essential for transforming technological innovation into an equitable and accessible pedagogical resource.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
