Comunità educativa per minori: un luogo per reinterpretare la vita

In this thesis there is an introduction to the world of the educational community, through a description of what this structure is in general, how it is organized and what its main objectives are. I have indicated the most significant passages and the laws that led to the development of these structures through a historical legislative excursus. In this paper I presented the classification of communities in the current Italian context and I described who are the difficult children welcomed into the community. Another theme concerns the various stages that educators and educators have to face in order to reach the set objectives, in view of the realization of the educational project. I analyzed the role of the educator as a professional figure and the role of the family during the educational path. Finally, I outlined the child's self-renewal process that prepares for the moment of leaving the community, also describing the next moment and the prospects for future life.

In questa tesi vi è un'introduzione al mondo della comunità educativa, attraverso una descrizione di che cos'è questa struttura in generale, com'è organizzata e quali sono i suoi obiettivi principali. Ho indicato i passaggi più significativi e le leggi che hanno portato allo sviluppo di queste strutture attraverso un excursus storico legislativo. In questo elaborato ho presentato la classificazione delle comunità nel contesto italiano attuale e ho descritto chi sono i ragazzi difficili accolti in comunità. Un altro tema riguarda le varie tappe che educando ed educatore devono affrontare per raggiungere gli obiettivi prefissati, in vista della realizzazione del progetto educativo. Ho analizzato il ruolo dell'educatore come figura professionale e il ruolo della famiglia durante il percorso educativo. Infine, ho delineato il processo di autorinnovamento del minore che si prepara per il momento dell'uscita dalla comunità descrivendo anche il momento successivo e le prospettive di vita future.
