ASPETTI RIPRODUTTIVI DELLA CV GARGANEGA ALLEVATA A PERGOLA E A GUYOT

Obiettivo di questa tesi è stato quello di studiare la fertilità delle gemme della cultivar Garganega, attore fondamentale per le prestazioni produttive e qualitative del vigneto. Il lavoro è stato svolto nell’annata 2009; scegliendo 11 vigneti divisi per forma di allevamento (Pergola e Guyot), per giacitura (pianura e collina) situati nei comuni di Soave, Monteforte d’ Alpone, Colognola ai Colli e San Pietro di Lavagno. .......................................................................................... Objective of this thesis was to study the bud fruitfulness of cultivar Garganega, a key factor for crop yield and quality performances of the vineyard. Observations were carried out in 2009 on 11 select vineyards of cv “Garganega” trained to Pergola and Guyot part of them located in the plain and part on the hill in the Soave wine area (Verona, Italy).
