Uso dell'ozono nel trattamento di acque reflue di cantine

In this study was investigated the factors that can affect the treatment with ozone of winery wastewater through the analysis of the following key variables: BOD, COD, ammonia, nitrous and nitric nitrogen. Results obtained with a laboratory-scale show ozone's effectiveness against both biodegradable and non-biodegradable substances. Ozone also produces a nitrifying action especially towards the amine compounds, making it a suitable option for irrigation water reuse
