In this script i would analyze the actual situation in tourism industry, which are the main changes brought by internet spread, and which are the challenges for travel agencies. In this sector is becoming more and more important the impact of blogs and other consumer generated media, so I analyze the consequences of this phenomenon and what we should expect from this sector in the future.
