The analysis of MAGIC observation of the BL-Lac RGB 0521+212 during its VHE γ-ray (gamma-ray) flaring state is presented. The time averaged integral flux above 200 GeV recorded is (5,2±0,3)*10^(-11) cm^(-2)s^(-2). The differential energy spectrum has been fit with a simple power law yelding a spectral index of M=-3,19±0,05. An upper limit on the distance of the source has been set to z<(0,31±0,04) and its redshift has been estimated to be z=(0,17±0,07)
