Von Willebrand disease is an inherited disease that affects the blood clotting process and it is complex to diagnose. The use of mathematical models capable of representing the fundamental physiological mechanisms can aid the diagnosis. This study aims to give a new perspective to solve the mechanistic models of vWD using the Laplace transform. Parameters in the Laplace domain were identified and principal component analysis (PCA) aids the diagnosis.

Abstract
Von Willebrand disease is an inherited disease that affects the blood clotting process and it is complex to diagnose. The use of mathematical models capable of representing the fundamental physiological mechanisms can aid the diagnosis. This study aims to give a new perspective to solve the mechanistic models of vWD using the Laplace transform. Parameters in the Laplace domain were identified and principal component analysis (PCA) aids the diagnosis.File in questo prodotto:
