The goal of this project is to improve the implementation of Graphite Web which is a public web server for analysis and visualization of biological pathways using high-throughput gene expression data of both microarray and RNA-seq experiments. We extended the Graphite Web software's architecture, developing a multi-tier architecture and implementing it in Python in order to save every operation carried out by the user and allow to execute more analysis in the same time.

Abstract
The goal of this project is to improve the implementation of Graphite Web which is a public web server for analysis and visualization of biological pathways using high-throughput gene expression data of both microarray and RNA-seq experiments. We extended the Graphite Web software's architecture, developing a multi-tier architecture and implementing it in Python in order to save every operation carried out by the user and allow to execute more analysis in the same time.File in questo prodotto:
