The goal of this thesis is to estimate anisotropic flow coefficient v2 using data from ALICE experiment of LHC. It has been estimated counting in plane and out of plane tracks, doing the mean of cosines and fitting with a Fourier function. The event plane of each event has been found using Qvectors method. Resolution of the detector has been estimated too, using V0 sub-detector as well as dividing track sample in two sub-samples. Before computing v2, there was the need to introduce different filters to get only useful events as well as useful tracks, different kinds of selections has been implemented, like the number of clusters and the vertex position for each event, as well as pseudorapidity and the number of bunches for each track. v2 has been presented with its dependence from the transverse momentum, and it was estimated for different centralities, even if the most important was for centrality 30-50. Results confirm ALICE official ones, even if there was a problem with resolution using V0 detector.
