Abstract
This thesis introduces the problem of reconstructing the evolutionary tree from single-cell sequencing data and the following problem of characterization of DNA mutations. We implemented a phylogenetic tree simulator software and used it to build real size instances. We then tested the goodness of three tests using instances with different specifics.\nThe results are encouraging and show that characterizing mutations relying on the tree structure is possible and with high margins of improvementFile in questo prodotto:
