The thesis aims to investigate how B2B manufacturing companies deal with phenomena such as industry 4.0, servitization and business model innovation. In advance, the thesis also addresses the issues of ecosystems positioning strategies of manufacturing companies. The case study gives the chance to investigate how digitalization has impacted the business model of the analyzed company and to propose possible future scenarios from the perspective of services.
