Abstract
In the following paper, we attempt to investigate the leading causes, effects, and solutions to the problems of a finished goods warehouse in a manufacturing plant where the upstream process, the productive one, follows the push logic. Specifically, we aim to identify waste in handling finished goods in the Lonigo warehouse (Verallia Group) by integrationg value stream mapping with work sampling as a timing tool. In addition, the study aims to identify the root causes and propose countermeasures to help minimize the identified wastes.File in questo prodotto:
