This work describes the process of design and verification of the cooling system for a specific battery pack, made of lithium cells with 18650 format, along with a summary of the design process that led to the electrical configuration. The liquid cooling system has been conceived in order to exploit the higher axial thermal conductivity of the cylindrical cells and provide the best cooling uniformity possible, despite the complex shape of the pack.

Abstract
This work describes the process of design and verification of the cooling system for a specific battery pack, made of lithium cells with 18650 format, along with a summary of the design process that led to the electrical configuration. The liquid cooling system has been conceived in order to exploit the higher axial thermal conductivity of the cylindrical cells and provide the best cooling uniformity possible, despite the complex shape of the pack.File in questo prodotto:
