This thesis tells about a dryer Simulink model (it adopts the heat pump technology). In the model the components and interactions of the refrigerant circit of the heat pump are not simulated but they are represented by only exchanges of powers that modify the air conditions passing through the exchangers (evaporator and condenser). The aim of the model is to allow performance evaluation and software debug of the dryer without use of the real machine, allowing a time and cost saving.
