Abstract
In this work, hydrothermally grown nanowires of n-type oxides have been conformally covered by p-type oxides by different deposition methods, like ALD, CVD and sputtering. Cu2O/ZnO, Co3O4/ZnO, and Co3O4/TiO2 all-oxide heterojunctions have been investigated by means of structural, morphological, optical and electrical techniques. C-AFM was used to study the local current distribution at the nanoscale.File in questo prodotto:
