This thesis, elaborated during the intership in Oleodinamica Panni srl, a company leader in the production of hydraulic cylinders for various machineries, deals with the theme of the management of the company stocks according to some Lean principles with the aim of identifying possible improvements in this field. The project realized and the revisions made are exposed.
Questa tesi di laurea, elaborata durante il tirocinio formativo in Oleodinamica Panni srl, azienda leader nella produzione di cilindri oleodinamici per vari macchinari, affronta il tema della gestione delle scorte aziendali secondo alcuni principi Lean con l'obiettivo di individuare possibili miglioramenti in tale ambito. Vengono esposti il progetto realizzato e le revisioni apportate.
