Applicazione del PeaK Stress Method alla previsione di vita a fatica di giunti saldati fra getti in acciaio

Objectives of the thesis are to verify the possibility of not distinguishing rolled steel and cast steel in the phase of finite element simulation and to verify the applicability of the PSM (Peak Stress Method) bands for this type of joints.

Obiettvi della tesi sono quelli di verificare la possibilità di non distinguera l'acciaio laminato e l'acciaio da fusione in fase di simulazione agli elementi finiti e di verificare l'applicabilità delle bande del metodo PSM (Peak Stress Method) per l'acciaio.
