The final report outlined the functioning of the integrated 0-6 system in Italy, starting from Italian documents and then expanding the focus to the European dimension, which has made the quality of these services one of the key issues for their improvement, the well-being and the care that guarantee each preschooler the basis for lifelong development and learning. Subsequently, thanks to the participation to the Arqus Twinning project, it was possible to delve the Lithuanian integrated educational system and in particular those skills that a preschool teacher must possess in order to guarantee children a quality education Finally, an exploratory research was conducted with some students from Vilnius University in order to understand the principles, values and practices used in Lithuanian educational structures. The main aim has been hypothesizing some strategies that could help to consolidate the functioning of the integrated educational system in Italy
All’interno della relazione finale di laurea si è delineato il funzionamento del sistema integrato zerosei in Italia, partendo dai documenti italiani e allargando successivamente l’attenzione alla dimensione europea che ha fatto della qualità di questi servizi uno dei temi chiave per il loro miglioramento, il benessere e la cura che garantiscono a ciascun bambino le basi per uno sviluppo e un apprendimento permanente. Successivamente, grazie alla partecipazione al progetto Arqus Twinning, è stato possibile approfondire il sistema integrato educativo lituano e in particolare quelle competenze che un insegnante di fascia prescolare deve possedere per garantire ai bambini un’educazione di qualità. Infine, è stata condotta una ricerca esplorativa, realizzata con le studentesse dell’Università di Vilnius per comprendere principi, valori e pratiche utilizzate nelle strutture educative lituane con l’obiettivo di ipotizzare alcune strategie che potrebbero aiutare a consolidare il funzionamento del sistema integrato di educazione in Italia.
