“La pandemia dei giovani: gli effetti psicologici dell'emergenza sanitaria e della quarantena sugli adolescenti”

The following work wants to show the world of the adolescents, their protagonists and their problems but also their immense potential. One of the biggest difficulties they are facing right now is the delicate period we are living: a pandemic. In this context this work will show various situations that are dangerous to the well being and health of many adolescents. In particular, it will show how Covid-19 and the quarantine have influenced the role of boredom and social media, but mostly the actions and effects of Non-suicidal Self-injury (NSSI). A critic event like the spread of Corona Virus has exacerbated the difficulties of adolescents. This work wants to show all the fragility that the adolescent wants to hide but at the same time it wants to show how powerful and charming their universe is. Inside every adolescent there is a fire that blazes, and it can burn or warm up.

Questo lavoro vuole trattare il mondo dell’adolescenza, i suoi protagonisti principali, i problemi che possono sperimentare ma anche le immense risorse che hanno in potenziale. Tra le difficoltà presenti vi è sicuramente il delicato periodo in cui ci troviamo: una pandemia globale. In questo fragile contesto ci soffermeremo su varie situazioni che presentano un rischio potenziale per la salute e il benessere di molti adolescenti. In particolare, ci soffermeremo su come il Covid-19 e la seguente quarantena abbiano influenzato il mondo della noia e dei social media, ma soprattutto gli agiti autolesivi (NSSI). Un evento critico e molto forte quale la diffusione di un virus ha esacerbato delle difficoltà, alcune latenti, nel mondo degli adolescenti. Questo lavoro vuole portare alla luce tutta la fragilità che l’adolescente nasconde avidamente ma al tempo stesso vuole evidenziare quanto sia potente e affascinante l’universo adolescenziale. Dentro ad ogni adolescente arde un fuoco, che può bruciare o scaldare.
