AUMENTARE LA CAPACITA' PRODUTTIVA CON APPROCCIO LEAN: IL CASO FHP DI R. FREUDENBERG S.A.S.

This master thesis was drawn up during the intership period in FHP di R. Freudenberg s.a.s. in the Monselice (Padua) plant. The purpose of the project was to study and improve the production capacity using the tools and techniques of Lean Production. The AS-IS situation is described in chapter three using the A3 report to define and follow the development of the project. The implemented actions and the TO-BE situation are described in chapter four.

La presente Tesi di Laurea è stata redatta durante i mesi di tirocinio formativo svolti presso l’azienda FHP di R. Freudenberg s.a.s., nello stabilimento produttivo di Monselice (Padova). Il progetto ha avuto come obiettivo l’analisi e l’incremento della capacità produttiva applicando metodologie e tecniche della Lean Production. La situazione AS-IS è stata descritta nel terzo capitolo mediante l’utilizzo dell’A3 report, strumento utilizzato per definire e seguire lo svolgimento del progetto. L’implementazione delle azioni proposte e lo scenario TO-BE sono stati descritti nel quarto capitolo
