Il colore della pelle e l'immaginario dei bambini. Interpretare le concezioni dell'alterità culturale attraverso le narrazioni scritte.

At the basis of the conceptions of skin color that develop in the human mind and that can turn into hateful and racist behaviors, there is a concept of culture that has been interpreted by various authors to understand how a stereotype is born. This is what will be addressed in this thesis, in order to investigate the perception of cultural otherness and then deepen the initiatives carried out to promote a correct attitude towards multi-ethnicity. In particular, a study carried out at primary school will be addressed to investigate the imaginary of children on the color of the skin and interpret the conceptions on the theme of otherness through their written narratives.

Alla base delle concezioni sul colore della pelle che si sviluppano nella mente umana e che possono trasformarsi in comportamenti d’odio e razzisti, vi è un concetto di cultura che è stato interpretato e affrontato da diversi autori per comprendere come nasce uno stereotipo. E’ quanto verrà affrontato in questa tesi, al fine di indagare la percezione dell’alterità culturale e poi approfondire le iniziative svolte per promuovere un corretto atteggiamento nei confronti della multietnicità. In particolare si affronterà uno studio svolto alla scuola primaria per indagare l'immaginario dei bambini sul colore della pelle e interpretare le concezioni sul tema dell'alterità attraverso le loro narrazioni scritte.
